All relationships and conversations stay within crisp only. Listeners will not share their personal information.

Users are no longer able to request a specific listener in this platform because all users are matched with a listener through randomized selection.

You don't have to do so! All listeners have access to chat histories which help us go through your previous conversations. However, it would be helpful if you mention the name you used for the previous conversation so we can navigate through the chat history.

Users have unlimited access to Youth Listener's website however, if you need continuous professional counselling, we recommend you to seek a professional help.

The peer counselling service we provide are not meant to replace any therapy of any sort or kind. Users agree that Youth Listener is not intended for crisis situations and urgent needs. In a crisis situation, users agree to call 911 or local emergency services, or visit the nearest emergency room.
